- Where do you ship?
- Within the United States only, for a flat $5.99 per order, however many posters you buy. Details on our Shipping page.
- How long does shipping take?
- Most orders to the lower 48 states arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks. Alaska and Hawaii usually take 2 to 3 weeks. These are estimates, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
- How are the posters printed?
- Every poster is printed on demand after you order, at 24x36 inches on 200 gsm uncoated paper, by a print partner in the U.S. Posters ship unframed.
- Will the colors match my screen?
- Very close, but never exactly. Screens and printers show color differently, so small differences are normal and aren't covered by our replacement policy.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Orders go to print right after you pay, so we can't change or cancel them once they're placed. If you spot a mistake straight away, email [email protected] and we'll try, but we can't promise. Please check your address before paying.
- How do I track my order?
- We email tracking details to the address you used at checkout when your order ships. More on our Order status page.
- Can I return a poster?
- Because every poster is made just for you, we can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind. See Returns.
- What if my poster arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't arrive?
- We'll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days with the email address you ordered with and a photo of the problem. All the details are on our Returns page.
- Who designs the posters?
- Every design is made in-house by Jacob Johnson at Anti-Matter Studios.
- Is my payment secure?
- Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
