Privacy
This site is run by Jacob Johnson, doing business as Anti-Matter Studios ("we"). This page explains what information we collect when you browse the shop or place an order, and what we do with it. Last updated October 17, 2026.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and what you ordered. You enter these at checkout.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Delivery details: tracking numbers and delivery status for your order.
- Your cart: kept only in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us until you check out.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider handles to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
To take payment, print and ship your order, email your receipt and tracking details, help if something goes wrong, and meet our tax, accounting and legal duties. We do not sell your information and we do not run advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us fulfil your order: our payment processor, the print and shipping partner who makes your poster and delivers it (they need your name, address, email and phone number), the carrier, our email delivery service for receipts and tracking emails, and our hosting provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us, and each has its own privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our payment processor and hosting provider may set cookies that are needed to take payments and protect the site.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, support and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting [email protected]. We'll do what the law allows; we may need to keep some records, such as the order itself, for tax and legal reasons. Residents of some states, such as California, have specific privacy rights, and we'll honor requests as the law that applies to you requires.
The shop is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
